Raquel and Ricardo were married in the D. Diogo de Sousa Archaeology Museum, and days like theirs deserve to be shared. It was a happy, beautiful and special day that was built on feelings, mainly love.

Raquel and Ricardo live in Lisbon, but they wanted to gather their family and friends in the North. On the day before the event there was a lot of rain, but they didn’t give up the plan to have the whole party outdoors (and thankfully so!). Placing long tables around the garden trees, with decoration flags, string lights and a simple and fresh décor, they wanted to make all the guests feel like a part of the joyful and exciting environment.

We are very lucky to have met them and their day ended up being ours as well!

Thank you both!

It was funny to find out that Adriana Morais, the photographer for Raquel and Ricardo’s wedding, has two cats, Saramago and Pilar. Just like Adriana, we were inspired by the love of José and Pilar to name our project.
